Footzonology®
Footzonology® is the study and the science of the signal system of the feet.
When you know how this system works, you can bring the body back to homeostasis, or normal function. When our body is in homeostasis, it allows for healing, and relief.
A session usually takes between 45-60 minutes, and is done with the client seated, and fully clothed, with bare feet.

Intuitive CranioSacral Therapy
Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy combines technical physical movements and techniques with the head, sacrum and spine, as well as intuition. The practitioner perceives with her inner eye, listens with her inner ear and feels with her spiritual heart – meaning in short – that she accesses all avenues of intuition to meet the needs of each client. By integrating different modalities of energy work, she is able to assist in releasing blocks that are stored in the body, mind and spirit.

Shiatsu/Thai Massage
Using a combination of Shiatsu and Thai, this massage is performed on a fully- clothed client, on a floor mat. It involves compressions, stretching, holding, and leaning body weight into various parts of the recipients body, to improve energy flow, blood circulation, flexibility, and posture. It is also helpful for athletes who suffer from tight, stiff, and sore muscles.
